What Is The Cracking Sound I Hear When Having Adjustments?

The cracking sound you may hear while having an adjustment is nothing to worry about.

When your joints are separated, there are times that the gas inside is released...making a "cracking" sound. This is just like the pop you hear when you cracking your knuckles.

Another kind of "crack" can be heard when a tendon of your muscle clicks over a bone. This is sometimes heard when rotating your shoulder or bending your knees.
